Does anyone else miss defense?

Don't get me wrong, scoring is fun to watch. But who would be for going to NFL rules for college?

The 3 I would like to see implemented:

-No more 3 yard rule, go back to 1 and ENFORCE it
-NFL timing rules, no more clock stoppage every first down
-2 feet in for a catch.

Not really a rule change, but I hate the fact that to speed up the games, first downs are awarded any time the ball carrier gets within spitting distance of the line to gain. There are times when the spot can't be more than a couple of inches past or short of the first down marker, but the side judge waves the chain gang forward before anyone can even look at it. But hey, who wants those pesky measurements when we've got 10,000 commercials to run?
