Every time. Even during the regular season but especially during the NCAA's as every game could be the last one if the team doesn't click that night. You're definitely not alone.

This could be THAT game where nothing goes right and this team will have to fight to get through it. If they get hit in the mouth or Shai is shut down, we just have to hope that Knox, Green, Washington, Gabe, Jones and Hami, pick it up and carry us to victory.

My stomach is usually in knots until we get a double digit lead. Then I relax a bit. Then as soon as they hit a couple of 3s to cut it to 6-7 points -> back in knots again. March is rough on my health but I wouldn't have it any other way.

Definitely nervous. Alot of the time I walk away from the tv, put the gamecast on my phone and pace outside and come back to my phone to see the score. If it's close or closer then I walk more lol

Nobody will watch games with me. I lash out and blame others if we start to play bad. I make people move from seat to seat.

I can’t say that I have lost girlfriends because of Ky basketball but it def hasn’t helped. It’s one of the reasons I’m single. I was once set up with a hot girl from my church, we went out on one date and I found out that her family were Duke fans and I dropped her (and she liked me). No chance I could date a Duke fan.

I’m so nervous during games that I usually stand and pace. Honestly, I have thought about recording games and just checking the scores afterwards. Once I get older, I will definitely have to stop watching them live. Again, I’m the worst!

Yeah its hard to get invited to a game with friends to watch the Cats when the coffee table and the snacks are not safe on the table and the remote becomes a baseball. Yeah I was young once.

I'm not nervous about this game but I reserve the right to become nervous. That's what happened in the first two games.

Like others here, I struggle with rage during the games and it's hard to watch the game with me. I do better now during day games because I have a kid and don't want her to start acting like me.

I've actually recorded games and if we get down I pause them for 20 minutes or so, fast forward to live tv to see if we're winning or won, then rewinding back and watching. We're UK fans, we're effing nuts.

Speaking of that, I didn't find out till the next day that we'd beaten north Carolina in the Anthony Davis block game cause I turned it off when Carolina looked to be totally in control of the game.

I'm prescribed xanax so that def helps. Lol. Smoking weed makes watching the games theatrical, like a play and reveals the beauty of a game, or backfire and you whig out lol I don't drink, never have, so I don't know if that helps but I'm quite confident 98% of the people on here know. For the record I'm not suggesting people do what I do. It's just my experience.

I haven't seen a loss since 2010. I get so worked up I'll leave the room and check on the game online. I've destroyed a few tvs, my room, and had the worst beating of my life after the Laettner shot (was in college in the triangle at the time). Unless you grew up in Lexington it's hard to explain the devotion to outsiders.... Since Billionths site has been taken down I've been forced to watch - or leave the room and listen on the radio - but it's been super tough to stayed tuned in after we lose the lead. I've had numerous opportunities to go to a final 4 but I would probably hangout in the concourse. It sucks but it is what it is.

I used to just drink more bourbon as the game got closer but my health doesn't allow me to do that anymore. Now I won't watch games with anybody. I like to cuss the referees if the Cats are playing bad even when the referees arent making bad calls.
It makes me feel better.

I would really be worried if we were in the bracket with Duke or Nova.
I’m not so sure I’d be more worried. We’ve kind of been put in a situation, by the media, of being shamed before we even play. Our path to the final four has been talked about more than any other matchups.
I think it puts more pressure on us to win

I get nervous for every tournament game and every non cupcake in the regular season. The intensity of the nerves is worse at tournament time because of the finality. I like to watch games alone. I get pissed off and turn the TV on and off. I switch seats. I throw hats and remotes. One of my dogs hides from me. The other lies at my feet the whole time. My right leg twitches uncontrollably if we're not up by 7 or more during tournament games. I hyperventilated into a bag when UL cut our lead to 2 late in the 2012 Final Four. Back when I still smoked cigarettes, I smoked 2 packs during the 2012 title game. I'll be lucky to eat a full meal tomorrow.

Yeah, I l get nervous.

My wife will not watch the games with me, because she screams every time something goes wrong, and makes me nervous. That is when I exile her to the bedroom to watch the game on the TV there. I can not concentrate on the game when there is other loud noises around, and when that happens we usually lose. I must not lose my concentration or our players will start passing the ball to the other team. I must sit at the edge of the couch, which makes me fall on my butt when we score.

In Cal We Trust. He is making wine out of water. We have to win a 4 team tournament this weekend, and another 4 team tournament next weekend. If so....#9!

So nervous I can’t watch but I have to know. Check the score. Watch a little if we are ahead. Something bad happens, off the TV goes. Repeat.

Almost too nervous to watch; but I make it. Usually calm down a bit into the first half. Then I get back to the nerves if it's close.

NCAAT is always the worst for me. It's just the format. Win or go home is so stressful. But after seeing us take down an upset minded Buffalo? I feel a little better. And unless we're up by double digits in the final minutes I become a nervous wreck. The last 7 minutes of any NCAA tournament game are hell for me.

So, yes. I get nervous. I just hope we come put and be aggressive. And put them away early.

If we get down in the second half within thsoe 7 minutes I have to go for a walk. But win or lose, I will always watch the final minute or so. Did the same for the UNC game last year. Hurt. But didn't want to miss the last few moments of those guys wearing blue.

Yep. I get the excitement but not the overconfidence. There’s a 35% to 40% chance it all ends tonight, and that’s enough to be a little nervous

Excited, too. There’s a good chance this team joins the Elite 8. I’ve been clear to most people around me today to leave me alone. I’m in the freaking zone

My Uncle Jack had a heart attack watching a UK game once. True story. I heard about it so many times growing up, I couldn't even count. I'll have to inquire for details as far as the year and the opponent and post it later. I'm actually pretty curious about that.
