I was watching the 1990 Colorado at Nebraska game today (just a little tradition I do the week before the opening game each season is to watch lots of Husker classic games, both wins and losses)...anyway in the first quarter the broadcast showed some people in the stands and I saw this guy:




Now, the resolution is only 480p so its hard to tell but that gap in the teeth is quite distinctive. He would have been a sophomore in college in 1990 so I doubt it was him but thought I would ask.

Apart from the gap in his teeth, I don’t think it looks much like him, but I’m no expert.

You answered your own question. Strahan was a sophomore at Texas Southern in Houston in 1990 and consequently it's highly unlikely he would be outside the state of Texas during the college football season.
