Do you get a tax break....

Thanks......bought one a week ago.....love it......our Tahoe will be spending a lot of time in the garage.

They are amazing in that they do get you 50 MPG. I would drive my wife's some, and aside from feeling very lite, it was a decent drive overall. Watching the gauges though, and seeing how high I could get the MPG became a game for me.

Downsized to one car a last year. The Tahoe went into the shop and the wife says we need two cars again. We borrowed our son-in- laws Prius and really likes it. Really surprised how comfortable it was and how well it handled and drove....so we bought a Prius. Already playing the MPG game in the Heads Up display.

First time I rode in one it creeped me out, but I do love saving money. I'll probably pull the trigger on a hybrid/electric car soon.

I have one but the best mileage I have got is about 36mpg.
