He most definitely CAN be the BEST guard Cal has ever had! This kid is so different in every facet of the game. He dominates everyone he plays against! And to think he’s been dominating guys much older than him! Watched the kid ball many times and he just has a way about him that very few have! Now we have to pray that he actually goes to college!

His game reminds me of Jamal Murray quite a bit. Neither one have great speed at getting around guy but they do it every time. Fundamentally great

The Wagner family doesnt appear to need the money. And as we know. His dad played for Cal. You cannot let this one slip by. Call in a favor to the Dad, give him a job for a year, do whatever it takes.

Cal is a business man, and this is when it pays to be a players coach.

Move dad in Jai Lucas’s position for a year or so after Joel leaves.

Screw it, why do we need to move an assistant out? Obviously we don't want to just throw away money.. but $250k for 3 years? I'm sure you could get enough doners and alum to make it happen.

25 internet dollars to the first person who can properly translate whatever that kid was saying in the last 5 seconds of the clip. [laughing]

For white folks who have real life experience, living among, regularly interacting with blacks, nothing is easier that picking out white people who have little or none.

He repeats, "it's that's home boy's party . . . it's that home boy's party, right there y'all'

I always take those highlight videos with a grain of salt. And I’ve never said this before about a kid so young, but he looks like he could start for 95% of college teams right now, maybe more.

Scary thing is Wagner is actually younger than most in his class..so he's playing up already in terms of age and in the era of 20 yrs olds pretending to be HS seniors and dominating due to physical maturation.....he's a pup throwing down with elite. Wait until it catches up--he's going to be that much better.
