Who in the hell is Northern Colorado?

A product of a bad system of determining who gets into the CWS back before 1975. The country was divided into 8 districts and apparently they were the dominant team in their district in the 50s. They went to the CWS 9 times in 11 years from '52 to '62 and again in '74. Combined CWS record was 3-20 (of course ours isn't a hell of a lot better at 7-16).</p>
