I am talking about the last four seasons (including this one) and not the year he inherited a good team and finished our BE run.

Since 2012 and our first year in Big 12...

5-0 against FCS....hardly a big deal!
5-2 out of conference...okay at best
15-21 in the Big 12...way too many excuses made for this dismal performance
20-23 againsst all non FCS opponents...yawn.
25-23 overall...wow we beat Liberty, Marshall, etc

There is a reason that every Big 12 season looks the same at the end....DH.

Hell, I'll even give Dana the first season of 10-3 with Bill Stewart's recruits. But that still puts him at 55.6% compared to Nehlen's 61.6%, both below Rich's 69.8%, the best at WVU in the 21st century. Hell, the best at WVU in 35 years!
