I don’t think they’re evil, but I’m also not a huge fan of them putting their hand on the political scale which they’ve no-questioningly done.
Yes. More government regulation = better than the market place. Well said, comrade.

You should pay attention and read more. Forcing someone to obey laws isnt more regulation. It is enforcement.

Why is DeSantis calling them new regulations? You should volunteer your legal expertise to him. All the food you can eat!

Can you cite the laws Evil Tech is breaking?
Campaign finance laws would be my first go to. Anti-trust is another. Discrimination based on political affiliation, isn’t a law, but it ties back in to the first two.

Again. I think you should offer your legal expertise to the Governor. He's calling them new regulations. Not sure why you comrades are still trying to keep up the free market, anti government pretenses. I thought we had a breakthrough and you moved past these yesterday?

Its not my fault you didnt read the story. If you spent half the time reading as you did trying to think up whatever ignorant douchebaggery you can spew next people wouldnt have to make you look foolish.

You asked what law they violated. I told you what Desantis said. Its not my fault you would rather run your mouth about **** you dont understand instead of knowing what you are talking about.

I do however enjoy pointing out your ignorance.

We get new regulations in guns that just reinforce existing regulations all the time. I’m pretty sure DeSantis even called out the campaign finance part of it. They’re creating new regulations to specifically codify Tech’s inclusion within them in order to remove ambiguity. And some of what they’re proposing is new. Regardless, I’m quite happy with this, Tech has no one to blame but themselves.

I don't see how Florida will enforce this. How do they expect to collect fines from a Facebook, etc.

If states want to actively engage those sites, then they need to first target the ISP and use the backbone that run through the states.

I assume they have a state tax id number if they pay state sales tax for online sales. Maybe that is where they enforce it? I really dont know.
