Dematrius Davis visiting...???

Unless I’m missing something, it looks like he’s visiting us again. I want this young man, that would give us a loaded stable of QBs....Adrian Martinez, Luke McCaffery, Logan Smothers and now Dematrius Davis??? If we get him, that would be 4 4 star QBs in a row. GBR

I know he loves Frost and coach V and what the Huskers have to offer...I really hope we get this young man. That would be huge.

Is it possible in modern college football to keep four highly rated QB’s happy? AMart, barring injury, is our QB for the next three years. These hotshot QB’s want to play. If Frost can land this kid and then keep everyone happy in that quarterback room, he will be really showing some impressive coaching skills

He has stated that he won’t be committing any time soon. He is just going to be a junior in the fall.

I watched at least seven of North shore’s games in person last fall. This kid makes good decisions, doesn’t force the ball into tough places and can run when needed.

I agree. I think it’s fairly likely that Adrian will be a first round prospect in the 2021 draft. Hard to turn that down.

Wasn’t actually sure, that’s why I added the ??? to the post. The Huskers are definitely a player for this young man. If we can pull him N, it will be an interesting QB battle after Martinez final goes pro. GBR

Certainly a possibility. My gut feeling though is that Martinez isn't the type of kid to declare early, as much as the type of kid that would stay in school, finish his degree, then go to the NFL if the opportunity is there.

I could be totally wrong and it might be wishful thinking on my part.
