Would command immediate attention in recruits' living rooms. Understands special teams as he was an elite ST player as well. Much faster and more explosive than Scott Frost. Has actual swagger and can back it up. Has real charisma and won't need a marketing team to make comic books about him. Motivator. Former teammates include a bevy of NFL Hall of Famers. One of them could be his DC in Ken Norton Jr. OC...none other than Billy C himself back to accept an in-person apology from Scott Frost and coach up the OL like the old days.

Oh, and I almost forgot. Guess who would be reunited in Lincoln? Maurice Washington and Deion back together for another go!

That's a hire a Ted "Ohio State" Carter could never make. Colorado's leadership had a vision and could see the results and here they are.

I still think Rhule can get things turned around eventually but it's not hard to see how the transfer portal + Deion's legacy could have turned things around immediately. Our leadership beyond the AD just sits around on their asses and pretends it's 1965 or whatever year they are stuck in.
