They have been a pleasant surprise so far. They played about as well as you could ask given the circumstances of our offense turning the ball over so much. When your an throws a pick 6 on the first drive it's not great. We didn't have enough 3 and outs but we gave our offense a chance getting the ball in great field position multiple times. We still couldn't score.

I definitely feel like this wasn't their fault. On the other hand, several of us could have dropped our hot dog and caught some of those passes.

Defense is not off the hook. Arkansas turned the ball over on downs a couple of times deep in our territory including fumble at the 1. They played a little better late but the opening drive of the third quarter in particular was terrible. Tackling was poor. Both of their TDs were just horrific blown coverages. It was a good thing Filipe Franks is their QB or they would've had a couple more scores. Defense has to get better and I have no doubt we will be hearing the same thing from arnett this week.

Yeah they had their issues but in the 4th quarter with the game on the line they delivered time after time giving the O the ball on the 20 and 30 in successive possessions. At least the manned up eventually.

Excuse me. How many points did our air raid score? The defense gave up 12 points on two bad plays. KJ took a dive on at least three of their bad defense plays. Also our air raid offense scored 6 points for them.
