Now that RUinPinehurst just donated another $10M to MBB, it'll surely happen! All we needed was a bit more money!

What about his brother. The natives in Arizona aren't happy.

Too bad they don't give out awards for sweating. Dude would be world champ.

If he is such a good coach how does Dayton lose to a Syracuse team that should not have been in the NCAA tournament at all!!

Seriously I simply assumed these threads with Marshall and Miller in it are jokes, no?

Because no serious person on this board would think that either one of those coaches would be realistic for Rutgers.
Of course they are serious. They assume that simply because its in the B1G and in a n are with a wealth of talent that RU becomes a desirable job. 25 years of neglect and dysfunction takes its toll. The program is a pit of despair but every few realize how bad the situation is.

you are joking right? Its this BS from our fanbase. I swear there are posters on the board that if John Wooden rose from the dead to coach would complain that he wasnt good because he hadnt made the tourney in 40 years.

Miller will have more options than Hurley by a lot.

Zero chance he has any interest in my opinion.

I think as bad as our perception is, Hurley turning us down has to be a dagger.

Is Cluess the next HC?

2014 NCAA tournament elite 8 - after losing his two top post players to expulsion; 2015 Sweet sixteen - no player over 6'6"; 2016 lost in first round to a P5 team that is coached by a Hall of Fame coach (similar to WBB CVS whom you also revile, based on your posts I have seen on the WBB board) Archie Miller is an excellent coach whom RU would be fortunate to get, but it will never happen. UD supports it's basketball teams with excellent facilities and excellent fan support.

He doesn't want to be here....but it won't be because of the money. I would be fairly certain that donors would come out to pay for him.

I would say yes assuming Cluess leaves for Rutgers.

Kerp in mind if that happens Grasso probably becomes a candidate for the Iona job.
