They didn't keep trotting him out there late in the season. The options weren't great there. Prrzzzztup or whatever his name is, was just so inconsistent and couldn't directional kick to save his live. IF Cerni said, "yeah coach I can punt" then you keep him in the mix. I don't even think we had a walk on punter. We've lost several walk on punters and kickers to smaller schools over the past few years. Guys play hurt all the time. It's football. The question to the Dr's always is will it cause more damage or long term problems if he plays with this injury?
