For those who did not see, Dane had himself a night for Hamilton last week. 31/37 for 442 yards, 2 TDs + 1 rushing TD. He was named CFL Top Performer of the Week
I'm very happy for Dane. He found a good team that valued what he had to offer and he is excelling. Hamilton has the best record in the CFL.

Watched the 2015 replay against OU . Dane threw every kind of pass at will ...slants, sideline fade, deep . Scored 38 points and as usual gave up 52 , but Dane looked brilliant.
It helps when you have 4 WRs who will go and get the football too. Key made All American Zach Sanchez look like a JV player trying to cover the stud HS WR. Not taking anything away from Dane because he's probably better than half the back-ups in the NFL, but completing a pass in football requires at least 2 people doing their job well on any given play. But our OL played exceptionally well that day, our RBs ran effectively enough to keep OUs D on their heels AND the OC called plays in a manner that wasn't predictable. The offense was a well-oiled machine that year.

It was even better the next year.

Dane had two great years at the helm and three outstanding receivers. Against OU his passes were on the money all day long .

TU goes 12-1 and hosts the AAC Championship game where it has a chance for a NY6 bowl game.
Well, I was thinking 2016 (where we would have gone 12-1 with this defense and that offense). 2015 it is possible they could have gone 10-3 with this defense. Hard to predict. That year was a little insane where the AAC looked like the old WAC 5 hour games.
