What about this guy? Seems like a good fit for OU to get back to being a physical defense again. He is young, energetic, great recruiter, etc. He can always find a quality OC to secure Caleb Williams. Sounds like a dream hire.

I'd take Lanning as a HC. Although he's not familiar w/ OU and the type of recruiting needed. He's a good one for sure.

Woody, he is a strong candidate for many or most open positions as a HC. The Irish come too mind. I'm not sure that he'd consider OU for a DC spot. I wouldn't blame him either.
