Anyway, the following discusses his concerns over funding; which Lord knows is an issue for seemingly everyone these days dealing with "fringe" issues/projects in their respective organizations. All I myself can hope is that Carder and his team finds some way to get a piece of this multi-billion dollar settlement VW is preparing to pay.
