Clearly when Cynthia comes in she is expected to shoot & hit 3's. If she misses 1or 2 she's out. Seems to me it's hard to produce on cue. Last couple of games, as soon as she had a fair chance on the perimiter up it went. Didn't appear to have her feet under her & be set on either attempt vs. the Boilermakers. Doesn't really have a real good chance to get into the rythym of the game & let the shot come to her. Her recent inaccuracy may be a combination of the aforementioned & pressure. If this is the case, not really sure of the antidote.

it's been mentioned in some other threads that Cynthia suffers from back problems as well, I don't think we need to push it. Plenty of teams win without 3 point shooting.

And if we open up games with Betnijah and Tyler hitting 3's and hitting them early, I'm sure it'll create more open looks for Cynthia, as well as a good inside game which we're clearly deeper depth wise (we have more players that can take it to the hoop than pull up) although we do have a good 3 pull up jumper players

About the only interesting thing about the Baylor-WVU game yesterday was that GG, doing the color commentary, noted that Baylor shoots very few threes, definitely the fewest in the B12, and among the fewest in the country. So you don't need a lot of threes to be successful if other parts of your game are in gear.
