Watch the way the refs call the game tomorrow. Vandy needs this win to get into the tournament. The SEC gets paid for each team, each round. I have watched for many, many years....the refs will screw us in Nashville.

You have to be better then that . It is very hard when you missing 2 starters like we were at A&M but with Poythress back I feel we can do enough to not let the refs decide it for us.

No you haven't. If you did, you would have watched SEC team after sec SEC team choke away shots at making the tournament.

Texas am could have made the tournament last year. 21-8. They lost three straight including first sec tourney game.

Ole Miss was 20-10. Lost last game at home to Vandy and first sec game to south Carolina.

We are plenty good enough to beat Vandy, but I don't trust the SEC officiating.

The title of this thread should be changed to "The World Class Paranoia Thread".

I genuinely hope it was started as a sarcastic one.

This happens every year with Kentucky but has never stopped UK from winning at end of season. The game tomorrow with Vandy and they lose with our RPI being from #10 to #12 depending on which website this wouldn't hurt Vandy's RPI. This year is so different than in years past and it looks like more teams will get in being a weaker year in the NCAA. That is why there could be 5 to 7 teams in the SEC making it in this year because of the weak season. I didn't get that Cal wasn't confident today he just stated the facts even in our Championship Season and undefeated season last year its always a tough game at Vandy in Memorial Gymnasium. I believe with Poythress back and he had one of his good games in first game vs. Vandy scoring 16 points. Ulis had 21 and Murray had 18 and the two shot 5 out 10 from 3 in 1st game. Lee only played 17 minutes because of foul trouble scored 6 but had 9 rebounds.WE need to stay out of foul trouble especially our bigs(Poythress, Lee, Hump, and Skal) to win tomorrow. If we can continue to play outstanding ball that we have played in last 7 or 8 games and continue our great Defense we can Win tomorrow at Vandy.

It would greatly surprise me for us to win tomorrow.

Bank on Vandy getting upwards of 40 free throw attempts. Also bank on Poythress, Lee, and Humphries in foul trouble all game.

I bet Sirmons sticks Ulis with two early fouls just to get the screw job started.

It would be an epic upset for us to go down there and beat Vandy in their crappy showtunes stage esque cracker jack box of an arena.

Sirmons is calling tomorrow's game? I thought I read somewhere that the SEC decided to keep him away from any remaining Calipari games after that technical fiasco at USC. Or was that someone else?

Apologies. The speculation by Larry Vaught was that he would be officiating the Florida game. Though with the ways things have gone with referee selections for our away games, it wouldn't shock me for him to be on tomorrow's crew too.

I feel like the SEC, along with all other power 5 conferences are corrupt, but none are with their historical football money makers. Especially the SEC, with Bama, UF, Auburn, UGA, but they really drop the hammer on any basketball school that gets caught buying a kid a snickers. It seems that basketball programs USUALLY get hit much harder with the NCAA penalties, football players don't even seem to get a look by an SEC team until they have a few misdemeanors on their record.

Gotta grin ear to ear at how dominant this basketball program has been. UK has made the rest of the SEC tuck their dick and balls between their legs and hold on to our belt buckle. Some unheard of number like 1084 wins vs 316 losses all while the referees are against them.

AHhhhhhh.. Gawd Damnit! Seriously? Now we get the third stooge who has it out for Cal and UK. Just when Hess, Greene and Shows are treating us fair....... the SEC decides to keep giving us Adams, Sirmons and Ayers.

Terrific, one of the Top 4 worse refs in the game (the others being Pat Adams, Doug Shows, and Doug Sirmons).

Get ready for a game of at least 6-on-5 today.
