Cincy has granted permission for UNLV to speak with Cronin.

Without any insight aside from the fact that he's from Cincy, went to Cincy, and has been coaching at Cincy for several years now, I would be shocked if he left to go to UNLV.

money talks and if Cincy cant get out of the AAC and into the Big 12....going to UNLV for a better price and less restrictions might be worth it

Cronin and UNLV don't seem like a fit.....I always envision UNLV and with an up and down tempo type of coach and Cronin is the complete opposite..........they are after all the "Runnin" Rebels....How bout Cronin to Pitt or Archie Miller to Pitt?

Pitt could be very much in play for Cronin.

Of course this is a guy we could have pursued but never seem to give such spending a thought. The more the coaching carousel turns, the more amateurish and low-budget we look. Depressing.

yeah Cronin's chance to get back into a power 5 conference with Pitt. However do their fans and donors want the same ugly style of offense that the coach that just left them had

UNLV IMO is one of those type of spots being in a Power 5 league doesn't matter.

You can get at players to go there.
