This was a great matchup last year. I have a lot of respect for Weddington. They are one of those teams that play solid football and you have to beat them because they aren't usually going to beat themselves with penalties and turnovers. These are two of the top 3A teams in the state and I think this one will be fun to watch.

Weddington will be the best team we have faced so far. Charger Nation is enjoying the wins over South Point and Shelby but much tougher opponents are ahead with Weddington, Huss and KM.
Weddington reminds me of the old Country Day teams when Crest played them.
Weddington has grown a lot over the last few years. I know they are undefeated, and have recently gotten a new coach and usually very disciplined...but with the lack of fans on these forums, they are kind of a mystery...does anyone know anything about them? Do they run a 3-4 or a 4-3 defense? Any knowledge would be nice.
If we’re healthy and I think we are...we’re the better team. We just need to clean up a few things on offense and we should be fine.
Don’t know who you guys are talking about. It sure can’t be the Weddington Warriors. Last season they were defending 3A champions. When Catholic got to their place it was 35-0 at the half. Guess who had the 35 points? Not Weddington Hahahahahahahahaha. Have fun ponies.
