Could Hoffa be in the RAC?

With the inevitable construction , what will they find ?? The timeline for hoffa’s disappearance lines up with construction of the RAC …and Tony pro wanted him back in Jersey.

Who knows what they find when they renovate. Double the construction estimate ((in time and costs ) .
It’s jersey

When I used to sit in the 200's back in the day, the ghosts of Bear Bryant / Andy Warhol and Phyllis Diller used to sit in the next section to me ( Actual season ticket holders who looked exactly like them - and neither knew each other - yet they sat seats within each other).

Seeing them always made my whole section crack up even in those terrible Wenzel / Hill years....:)

I think the ghost of Jimmy Hoffa however is somewhere under the turf where Aaron Rodgers tore his Achilles.

I'll never understand how some believe that they would kill him in Detroit and fly his body back to New Jersey to be buried in some dramatic place.

Tony Pro wanted him back in NJ ?? He wanted him anywhere but NJ. The old 560 guys were a tuff bunch. Seems like ancient history but it was interesting, to say the least, dealing with them.

Well, it’s often said that basketball success is mostly about the Jimmys and Joes, so.

I can remember the elevator operator at the old 560 building telling my girlfriend that if Tony Pro was still around I'd be at the bottom of the elevator shaft.

It was his dying wish and the Detroit Mob didn't want him to haunt them if they refused

If you remember across the street there was a movie theater and next to it small shops above those stores the FBi camped out and filmed everyone going in or out of that place. Transfer Station was quite an area.

Lucky for me I got involved with 560 after Tony Pro was gone. His sister Josephine was running things at the time. And then the federal government took over the union. For a while I was dating the woman that they brought in to run a new 560 newspaper.. I spent a lot of time in that building.
I heard that they're gonna remake it into low-income housing.

Like they didn't have a million places in the Detroit area to dispose of his body.

Well, It may be fitting that the "R" in James R. Hoffa is for Riddle; his actual middle name, and the maiden name of Hoffa's mother. Or it could be “R” for Rutgers where, after renovations, they just may find him…

While we are on it just curious if anyone knew an old bookie from East Brunswick (via the Bronx) used to hang out in 118 about 20 years ago…and probably for a while before that.

He is from the Hoffa era and that scene.

I'm very late 30s and no real understanding of Hoffa.
I just know the general: something with Teamsters Union and he was buried under Giants Stadium.

Can someone give the high level summary?
