So corey sanders tweeted out "Passed SAT" to those debating whether or not hed be eligible, that helps a lot

ha - I never knew the SAT was a pass / fail test

I guess by reading inside his quote it means he reached the minimum score for the NCAA clearinghouse.

Of course, it isn't theoretically, but for NCAA eligibility it isn't hard for somebody to figure out a needed score in combination with high school grades. It is (or was, maybe it's changed) a two variable deal with grades. Higher the grades, the lower the necessary score.

Yes it is a sliding number based on GPA in core courses & SAT score.

Kids who are on the edge know exactly what score they need to get on the SAT based upon their core GPA.

Sanders tweeting this is a pretty good indication that he should be eligible provided the Clearinghouse accepts his core classes

Correct, it is a sliding scale. Only remaining hurdle is for Corey to get thru the NCAA Eligibility Center which can be unpredictable at times.

It aamazes me that high school classes can be questionable and drag on in clearing house, when UNC had fake college courses for 10 years. Those athletes cleared and stayed cleared.
