I find it amusing that some fans can't get enough talk about Sanders controlling the ball with his fancy moves as compared to Eli Carter who was called a ball hog and yet was the only player that opponents feared.

The honeymoon for all new players lasts 1 1/3 years....by mid December sophomore year players are viewed objectively by most.

We're in an offseason that followed a disappointing season. A dynamic, exciting player is coming in. I'm glad people are posting his videos.

There's nothing wrong with being excited about a kid with electric handle & moves. Eli took criticism because he WAS a ballhog at times, hoisting up many long-range bombs early in the shot clock, just because he felt like it. He also played lazy off-ball defense, resulting in a lot of open looks. If Corey plays the same way, then the 'honeymoon' will deservedly be over.

I think Corey will be more than happy to distribute the ball, provided the recipients knock down shots.

Silly post. If Sanders hogs the ball like Eli did and turns it over at the same rate he will be criticized the same.

Sanders and Jordan will get along well. With coaching he will become an above average d1 player. Support will be great for him.

Per Coach Rice Carter was the best defensive player as well as being the best offensive threat. He led Rutgers to defeating Florida by scoring 30 points.

I don't recall Rice ever complimenting Carter's defense. I do recall numerous open 3's attempted & made by his man that he lost track of on the weak side. And he was no stopper on the ball.

He was very skilled on offense...he just decided after a while that he was option A, B & C.

Whatever...bring on the new guys. Cheers to new beginnings (again).
