Dunks are good, but if he can come here and be the legit point/lead guard we have been lacking for decades I will be even more excited.

Have not seen him play, but I can't help it that he reminds me of Waliyy Dixon .

Not really anything like Waliyy. Dixon could jump out of the gym, but was not really a perimeter player. Corey is a pure guard that just happens to have hops.

Not even close to Dixon. Sanders can dribble penetrate and finish at the rim. He can also shoot it... long range and mid range.

Forgot to mention his court vision-he is not going to be another SG playing the PG position...he finds the open man and makes people better....

If Sanders comes in as a selfless player next year, we'll reach 10 wins quite easily. He will surely be able to take players off the dribble, we just need to see the extra pass. If he has it, we're a lot better.

Also, it's striking how Sanders responds to good coaching. I know he had one video of himself getting some lessons from a local college coach. He really responded well.

I think EJ sees a lot of himself in him. Hopefully next year he makes the extra pass, can get out in transition, And then if he can score 6-8 ppg we will happy. I try to avoid putting unrealistic expectations on kids who have yet to play a ncaa game.
