Copper's game play

Copper is my all time favorite player. I don't know if she is as good as Cappie was just yet, but she darn near it in my opinion. She reminds me of playing in the parks and better than some of the dudes I used to play with. She has those NYC Rucker Park moves and she just looks some much better than anyone else on the floor. She is not afraid to go up for rebounds against the bigs, she not afraid to drive and uses her up and under moves to score, she runs stop and pops without running into the defender and charging. I love watching her play. She has come a lot was and is the complete player. Glad she is only a junior......
Her jumper, vertically high, off the dribble near the free throw line has been money. Today she drove in transition and made a few short stop and pops from up close, like Tyler. Kahleah has been showing some nice touch on those!! Looking good in the defensive open court, too. What an athlete!

Anytime I've heard her interviewed, her competitiveness and desire to win is obvious. She has the kind of attitude that our teams were lacking in many recent seasons.
With respect to the comments above about her leaping ability, I've taken to calling her "heli-Copper".
Incredibly talented! I hope she starts to get the recognition she deserves. Both Laney and Scaife have been placed on various watch lists. Copper is playing like she belongs there too.
ScarletteK80, I admired those kids that grew up over there and played in the park. I been there a few times but never was that good to get a run. Bless those that play there and went on to do big things.
Laney is great and looks great, but "Kah" is on a whole other stratosphere. I mean all of the UCONN players, ND players and there were some great players but they still let me put it this way, had some great girl games, but Copper OMGGGGGGG she is like watching the MJ in his prime. She is just that enjoyable to watch and her game never gets old. That includes Maya Moore. I love watching "KAH" way better.....

Love Copper. Haven't watched a lot of games on TV, but when I do, I'm struck by how little attention she gets, especially in those pre-game match-ups of supposed stars. It's always Tyler or Betnijah, who are both wonderful, but are they blind to Kahleah's incredible speed, grace and talent? I have always thought of her as a gazelle.
