Big get!!! Loading up on Kansas lineman are basically like getting Nebraska or Iowa lineman. They are just the same make-up. Plenty of quality hogs throughout the northern plains region.

Corcoran and Conn are lineman with size and athletic ability but plenty of room to grow physically with good weight.

Staff clearly likes the idea of building up athletic, relatively undersized guys which seems like a valid formula (think I saw an article about it last year).

I know he played tackle in HS but is that where he is projected as a Husker?

I may have missed it, who have we recruited to be the inside guys, guards and center?

I wouldn’t be surprised to see them slide some of these tackles over to guard. I know Austin has said countless times he wants to get our 5 best lineman on the field at all times.

Michael Lynn was recruited to play inside.

Ethan Piper would as well if he plays offense. He'll probably start on defense, though.

It’s much easier to move a tackle to guard than a guard to tackle. I’m glad we are going after guys that can play tackle but are able to move inside.

We haven’t have more than two tackle type bodies on the roster at a time for what seems like a decade. I’m so excited we are finally able to land lineman over 6’3.

Yeah, why is that? I get that Center is complex because you have to call reactions to the D-line's movements, and Tackle is hard because you have to be fast as well as huge and strong. Is Guard just kind of a slightly simpler, battle it out with a DT-type role?

A tackle can learn to play low and drive block. A guard cannot learn to have longer arms to pass block a rush end.
