Thoughts and prayers for this horrible tragedy. Life trumps sports rivalries and seeing a young person with such a bright future lost is horrific. Thoughts and prayers to the Clarke family, his friends, teammates and the entire UK fanbase. So sad.
We can’t help where we are born and the love of sports programs that are bred into our families. I’m a big believer that people are just people. Had I been born in Kentucky, I would’ve likely been raised a UK fan and would’ve attended UK. We are all fans because of different reasons, but life and humanity far outweigh sports. I trust God heals his family and all involved.
