The Russian judge gives you a solid 6.5 on the fight song. You get an extra point for the use of the word “syncopated” in the lyrics. Those other Cowboys, if they used that word at all, would think it meant animal husbandry.
Actually, having some student wear a gigantic question mark foam suit is a helluva idea.

I never noticed Pistol Pete had his hands down his pants until now. Looking at the NM State version, with his right hand having jerked out his six gun, it’s clear to me that the OSU version is jerking something else.
The Wyoming paper cracks me up. They do a position comparison and on the Quarterbacks they say its a PUSH between the two...hahahhahahaha. They also say WYO has the advantage at RB and that its a PUSH between the DBS. Man, I know its their local team but talking about some ridiculous homer stuff.
The paper that cracks me up the most is the Vanderbilt Hustler. Been named that for almost a century. It’s a student newspaper, so naturally they refuse to change the name despite multiple administrations trying to unilaterally do it.
PETA must be all up in their faces about their live mascot, NM the fact that most live animal mascots are treated like kings/queens and some live in better digs than the students of the school they're at.
It would also explain the extra bowleggedness of OSU's Pistol Pete
Ahhh, Curt Gowdy State Park and Granite Lake has some interesting memories for me. We used to sneak out there in high school and do some illicit drinking. A friend of mine rolled his car into the lake after forgetting to set his emergency brakes.
