No this is not a bashing question nor any trash talk.
If Neil is gone after this season. Do you think Herb Hand would come back no matter the head coach?
I like the man, think he is one heck of an offensive line coach, a key position we need help, and a solid coach to build a new staff.

Herb is a good friend and I can tell you that they love Orlando. But that staff could be approaching the danger zone. So would he come back? Absolutely but I'm not sure if the timing would work out.

Not Vernon, but I don't think there is one single AD in the nation that would fire a coach WITHOUT already having some sort of contact with a potential replacement.

Understand but I’m saying more than just contact with but an actual agreement verbally because time is so crucial with the portal etc happening very quickly
