Coaches Kids

After watching the tournament and seeing about 20 outstanding coaches' kids, I would think that would be a priority in recruiting. The fundamentals are there. Not the best athletes on the floor maybe but great shooters , handlers, and passers and ice in their veins.

It seems every time one of these guys goes off the announcer says something to the effect of " His dad was a standout player at LaSalle and a high school coaching legend in Pennsylvania. "

Alford's kid is the epitome of the movie Hoosiers. Holy cow he can shoot. Not sure he would start for many P5 teams outside of one coached by his dad, but he can shoot and is a smart player.
