I just hope they are healthy Sunday for what should be a raucous Carver.
He didn’t look great and I wondered if he was sick during the game. Really different energy from the UCLA game.
According to Dolphin, he hardly missed a shot in practice. Should have saved some of them for the real game.
The women too. Chit-Chat at the least was ill and had a fever last game, and she played her worst game at Iowa. Credit to her and the guys for hangin' in there and giving it their best. Sometimes people forget these players are mortal human beings. I woke up with a stomach bug this morning myself, so I have a special empathy for the players. This is a tough time of year for all kinds of reasons. Proud of the way the Hawkeyes battled last night despite so many issues, from ill health to the usual officiating inconsistencies.
Sounded like Bennett, Tavion, and Cam played and Joey was so bad he didn't make the trip
I mean he did put up 21 in the 2nd half, so its not like he had a terrible game
