I liked to hear him validating Jeffries as the impact player we all hope he will be.
That was no big loss to ORU, he's just a nondescript role player for us.(Sarcasm in case anyone didn't realize.)

I'm interested to see if they've been working with Magnay on his offense. I'd love to see him show us a midrange jumper.
He has that jumper. I just don't think he was called on to use it all that much last year. That elbow jumper is key to breaking a zone as much as the 3 pt shot is.
I can't wait until the Lamar game and Jeffries keeps dunking all over those fools.

Couldn't find the ORU board thread where they said Jefferies wouldn't be able to transfer from JUCO.

Amen on the Magnay mention.....We're a different defensive team when he in
there, and his overall awareness and BB i.q. seem to add some cohesion to
the team.....
He didn't mention Scott.....While he is not a first year addition, he is a first
year player, and I'm hopeful he can bring some stability to the two guard
position (along with Joiner and Jackson).....
