Secretary of State Hillary Clinton testified under oath before the House Select Committee on Benghazi last October that she had turned over “all my work related emails” from her private email server to the State Department.
FBI director James Comey revealed that the agency had found “several thousand” work-related emails Clinton had not turned over, including three that included information that had been classified at the time that they had been sent.

Doesn't matter if if true.

The Clintons are above the law. Over 25 years of skating every law possible they're pretty good at their trade. Those little under the table bribes and money don't hurt their cause either.

If she loses the election, I hope that she will have to defend herself in a FAIR court of law. Just because the FBI director thinks she should have a pass does not mean that she won't be prosecuted in the future.

Of course she perjured herself and if they wanted to convict her, they only had to look at her signature on DO's and Do nots when she took job SoS. Did she sign a release form when she left? Those two documents said she understood what she had to do to operated the position when she started, and she properly terminated her employment as the law required.

She said she understood what was legal and proper coming into the position. She signed off that she had returned all government property. Clearly failed to comply.

Several months ago, a judge gave her 30 days to turn over all documents or be held in contempt. She failed on that, but no action ever taken.

Seems to be MO of federal employees - just ignore and procrastinate and everything is forgotten or forgiven.
