Virginia High is off to a hot start in Region D, having beaten Abingdon and Tennessee High (their first match against their cross-town, interstate rival since 2010)

Clarke County. Weak regular season in the Bull Run but the defending state champs have killed everyone except Madison County.

Just saw that TJ upset Burton so 2A looks more open

Region 2D will be sending Virginia High and Graham to the state tournament, VHS (18-0-1) has won all 3 meetings this year coming into the regional championship game

And looks like Clarke County is continuing to dominate 2B

2C is still in the opening stages of their tournament

Poquoson beat TJ 7-0 today and Arcadia defeated Nandua 6-3. Those will be the two Region A representatives in the state quarterfinals
