Miles Jones? His place on the sideline?Well, will be interesting to see who takes Jones place the rest of the year. The other young guys in the room are all smaller speed guys.
we got the transfer from rutgers, as well. could go from small to tall in a hurryI have mixed thought on this one. Obviously they like him and see a future with him at WR to move him and we desperately need a big WR. However, it makes me question some other things. What will this do to our TE room? Hickman was the only TE we signed last year and it doesn't look like we plan to sign one this year. Also, is this bad news on the Betts and/or Omar Manning front?
A lot of Tight Ends these days do both WR and TE. He has a clear advantage at WR and we need size bad. We also have long jam of young talent at TE.I have mixed thought on this one. His place on the 2 deep. The sideline is where most of the 2-deep sits 90% of the timeMiles Jones? His place on the sideline?

Very exciting!!! At 6'6, 215 he will be a Corner's worst nightmare!
Wasn't he kinda slow? I feel like I remember him having a posted 40 time of like 5 seconds or so.
Then again raw speed isn't everything. Kade Warner is a great possession receiver without blazing speed. A 6'6 receiver could offer some great advantages...
I suspect eventually he'll grow in to a TE.Size at WR is greatly needed yesterday. They can always move him back to TE later on if necessary

Yes, that would be ideal. I'm hoping he's ready to go this week!Or it could just be that Hickman is really talented and this is the best way to get him on the field right now. When he puts on more size, they will move him back to alTE

Now listed as a WR
Hoping he crushes some Wisconsin DBs Saturday!
He did not play
Shocker. If anything, Frost has been consistent in making puzzling personnel decisions.
I've known him since he was a little kid. No he isn't slow. My slow @$$ ran at best a 4.8 in high school (hand held) and he is faster than I ever was. He may not have blazing WR speed, but he is plenty fast for someone with his height. I'm guessing they are making this move because he would be able to play sooner at WR than trying to pack on enough weight onto his frame to be a true TE. Personally I'm glad to see the move.
planning for the future
