I was listening on the news this morning that Trump has jettisoned anyone related to a Lobby or with a lot of lobby ties. Chris Christie is seemingly been out in the corner, or out to pasture. What happened there?

It might be because of bridgegate as it is referred to. It comes close to him.

Also, I'm pretty sure Christie put Kushner's Daddy in prison.

In my view, only thing Trump has done right since being elected. Makes me sick he used Christie during the campaign but not surprising he did. It was win at all costs and now the country is even more divisive .

Do you put any onus on the fear mongering that came from the media and the left?

What is the LGBT concerned with? He flat out said they have nothing to worry about with regard to same sex marriage. Women, what is their concern? What about blacks? He was actively stating he was going to try and work to rehab the inner cities. Asians, concerns there? The only group I think that could or should be worried are Hispanics and they should only worry if they are here illegally and have committed felonies.

It is up to the leaders of this country to set proper examples and LEAD with actions and policies . Didn't you go on a rant about leadership ? I would think you would understand the concept before making a bunch of false accusations .

Perhaps you could point out where I made any accusations, let alone false ones.

I agree completely about leading, per my rant yesterday in the WV racism thread.

As far as the policies that have been mentioned, or rather the more realistic toned down policies, I am in agreement with quite a few of them. Funny, I'm never afraid to admit my position on issues and open myself up for criticism and discussion. I notice you never allow your opinion to be known, rarely give a straightforward definitive response, and generally just grumble about things when you decide to throw your hat in the ring. Are you afraid of criticism or being wrong, or both?

For instance, your statement of distancing himself from Christie as being the only thing right that he has done since being elected, can you point to some specific items which you think he is failing at? Why do you think they are wrong?

This is why having a conversation with you is such a waste of time . Did you or did you not accuse me of not ever being a leader and know anything about leadership ?

You don't need to respond . I'm not interested in anything you have to say as it is usually a dishonest comment like above .

I certainly did. Perhaps it would be helpful, at least to me, if you were able to stick to the theme of the thread and not jump and lump conversations from a week ago into the discussion at hand. Until you just said that, I had no idea your comments related to accusations were related to the leadership discussion. I thought they were related to the topic being discussed. Call backs from a week or many weeks ago is not having a conversation. I think we just have a hard time with our respective communications styles but this at least helps me understand that when you post in response to someone, that regardless of what is quoted in the text, anything I've said within the last year is on the table as a possibility to the application of your post.

Uniting his team/cabinet/party. That is one leaky mf'er. And hiring Steve Bannon.

Look Devil, you started a thread and I answered with my opinion. That is what this place is for. I didn't reply to you and usually don't unless you ask a specific question and I find it interesting. I typically don't find your ******** interesting. You were the one going off track asking about some crap attempting to blame the left for turmoil. Wasn't me. Now again, quit being so dishonest as you attempt to make a point and then whine. It is old.

Now that does seem to be different than a lot of people. He appoints. If that step was incorrect - he corrects immediately. That is a really good way to get an effective team.

I didn't go off track, my response was in relation to your divisive comment and with the way you phrased it, it seemed you were blaming Trump for the divisiveness. If you weren't, my bad. Regardless, I'm in agreement with you on where we stand as a country being very split. My question is who owns that divisiveness. Certainly, Trump, owns some of it because of his comments during the primary and general, they should give anyone pause. However, a lot of the actual angst stems from the fear mongering perpetuated by the media. I listed out quite a few groups and asked what they should be as concerned about as they are. In my opinion, I think the LGBT, black, asian, and female groups are fine. They don't have anything to truly worry about. I think Christians can stand down as well, they won't be under assault the way they have the last 8 years. Hispanics, but more specifically, illegals and the criminal element within the illegal community have some serious concerns.
