I don't know if I should be more angry at him for accepting the EBT card, or the system that allows it?

My Lord, and I'll bet he had to show an I.D. to get the EBT card too!

To me, all public assistance should be temporary, means tested, and privately administered. Use non profit charities that rotate out every 2 years for each Congressional election cycle to prevent fraud or entrenched constituents voting for their own funding.

We all know the fraud out ways the moral need from some. Just another democrat failure where context is all about votes. I would bet the fraud-to-true need is 55-45. Dems providing this pseudo-nest egg is hurting every American.
