Think about all of the harsh self imposed penalties by Bracky Brett over the years (tutorgate), Will Redmond, etc. He has literally taken wins away from us (probably) by going above and beyond on compliance. Now look at Chase Young for Ohio State, TOOK MONEY FROM A BOOSTER and received a TWO GAME suspension.
The guy is not even an attorney and has no experience in bargaining or any type of mediation and/or law. He’s a 17ing educator GOB that is in one of the most critical roles for our university and instead of setting up systematic controls in our system(s); i.e requiring all remote or virtual exams to require a proctor or to be taken via webcam, he punishes the players and program harshly because we expect someone like Willie Gay (love him) to actually take a chemistry exam when he doesn’t have to and can easily get away with it.
Bracky should be fired for not creating a robust and inclusive environment and program for compliance to protect our student-athletes. His oversight and incompetence makes it easier for our student-athletes to bypass the rules and procedures than to do what they’re supposed to do. That’s on him. I hate you Bracky Brett.
