That's an extra 5 mill from Barca to Pool. Coutinho transfer had a CL winners clause in it. Clause was player specific and not club.

It might be potentially the best deal of all time period, not just for Liverpool. They would not have signed Allison and Van Dyke without that money, and those two signings are what made them into what they are now.
