I think they just glazed over things without much real depth, but when it's all going in one article, that can be expected. By the way, @Larry Lewis recently sat down with Coach Monty for our annual summer position series. That will start soon, with an analysis of the QBs coming by the end of the week.

While the writer did address the issues the team had to overcome from the QB position, I think it was even worse than supposed. Being able to convert on 3rd downs and keep the defense off the field will be huge. There were so many times that the defense was pinned with their back against the wall and kept us in the game anyway. With better QB play, that happens less often. No more getting outscored 62-13 (or something like that) in the first quarter. Improve this along with penalties and special teams and maybe this season is special.
