Coach Mac has so much depth this season that he's begun to show it early on.

Vets are being pushed daily by youngsters that want to play and it's a good thing,imo.

Henry Davis has pushed his way into the 2 spot catching and Pinkham responds with 3 hits yesterday.

Alex Binelas pushed his way into his 1st start in the second game Friday night and Lavey responds with a ph walkoff single to win the game.

Yesterday,it was Jared Poland's turn. CM moved Poland into the bottom of the lineup for Stringer,who started hot,but has cooled. The flexibility with Dunn allowed CM to put Dunn in right and play Poland at 2nd.

How does Stringer respond? Stay tuned...

Does anyone know if Ben Bianco is redshirting this year? He’s too good a talent to not be playing unless he’s hurt.

He's dressing and he was playing in the red-white games,but that doesn't mean he's not redshirting. Good question.

Does anyone know why McAvene has not pitched? Thought he was going to be the closer.

Seems like there’s a logjam at Catcher all if a sudden. Heck, Britton is good too and he’s played in the OF.

McAvene has pitched and if I recall he looked fine. Just hasn’t had the opportunity to take the mound much yet.

As far as I know,he may have pitched in Florida and late against Eastern,but yeah,I thought coming in he'd be the guy.
