Barry Odom is a downgrade.

I don’t think it will be Odom but he had a 500 record at Mo and a winning record after his first year. Total of 4 years as HC. Monty has a losing record overall (worse winning % than BB) with only 2 winning seasons in 8 years. Monty is a nice man but didn’t get it done as a coach. Let’s move on.
