I'm not following a lot of your points shown. Of the 21 teams you listed, the only difference I could find from my projections is Aquinas beating Bergan. If I make that chage, all the records match but I get the points below. I started checking some lower teams games to see about those games changing wildcard points but I still don't think I can get to where you're at on several teams.
