Prior staffed botched that one so bad it couldn’t be repaired. Oh well I guess.

Even still, he’s a Nebraska young man and he’s from here. You’d assume with a legend like Frost, coach of the year and other former Husker players taking over, he’d have that Husker love deap down inside and want to be apart of his team he grew up watching and rooting for turning things around. Yes he didn’t get a chance to get to know Frost well, but it’s Scott Freaking Frost, former Husker QB, National Champ QB and now Coach of the Year. It would make me think twice. Hell there would be no thinking, I’d dropped UW Badgers like a cold and ask where to sign up.

You're pretty far off on this one...

Been reading in numerous places that he’s not from here. Illinois is what I keep reading...

I firmly believe NU will be headed in the right direction. Moves like this will be even sweeter when they do.

Well, I won't say good luck to him in his football endeavors as that would mean he is successful at Wisconsin :p I'd rather he fall flat on his face and fail, especially when they play us. I hope he has the most horribly bad games of his career against us. But other than that, good luck.

Does anyone know the reason they didn't want him. I know their was some dispute among staff, some wanted him some didn't. The kids seems like a beast, what were reasons they wouldn't want him?

Our former DC and former Director of Player Personnel told our former head coach that Bryson "didn't fit" in the 3-4 system. So our former coach basically just went with it. We're only starting to see the beginning of how uncoordinated our entire past staff was in regards to coaching. All hype, no substance.

A discombobulated circus sums it up. The results showed on the field. I think we are going to see enormous change, and quickly, under this new staff. Many are thinking 5 years to start seeing results. I am thinking 2-3.

No dispute as media reported from what I have been told. Couldnt offer him because Diaco didnt have the need based on numbers. Heard media talking how Riley wanted to offer and got vetoed so I asked a friend close to the situation and, apparently, it was a consensus not to offer.

I am frankly happy for the kid. He had choices to make, played the field as it developed even with Frost and Co coming in late. He made his decision fairly early for Wisconsin and stuck with him. Can't ask more than that and I think it speaks to his character. Nebraska didn't make a move early and I understand that as well, not every coach evaluates players the same and it happens.

I must have missed the academic issues. Could you elaborate?
Rumor has it that he won't be signing next week because his grades aren't good enough.

Take a moment to think about how bad a job you have to do when you go to York High and you have a verbal to NU and you can't make grades good enough to qualify. I don't wanna say I've heard that small town HS degree of academic difficulty is low...but...that's exactly what my friends from small towns led me to believe.

In my experience, teachers will bend over backwards to get you at least a C if you're willing to put in the effort.

wow.
Both racist AND he finds a way to bash small towns, something he has no idea about. (Ive seen both, city schools are way easier but they still do great things)
