"But, obviously, like coach said, the plan is: I'll come back when I'm 100%."

It seems the response of won't be back until 100% has popped up more recently. I really just have to wonder, is any athlete ever truly at 100% during the season? Especially as you get closer to post-season, most guys are dealing with something.

Let's play a game where a person starts a thread and you reply without any mention of your disdain for Pope. Go.

Congrats on 1 month with your new alias. 900 posts, wtf.

I dunno, I buy the injury.

2/9 - 45 pts
2/14 and 2/17 - 29 pts
2/21 - 19 pts
2/23 - 24 pts
2/28 - 5 pts

I guess he played with the back injury during the 5 point game? He lit it up this year. Why would he decide to sit now if he was healthy. Wouldn't he want to continue showcasing himself tomorrow and then Sat. against (likely) Michigan St.?

Back injury keeping him out both games this weekend.

Question: If you are an NBA GM- are you seriously interested in either Brown or JQ? I would not be. No way I would have take that chance in either being a reliable player at the NBA grind.

His back has to be causing all kinds of questions from the NBA. He had the same issue in HS. Its hard to see the NBA using a top 10 pick on a guy who can't finish a College season.

IF, Brown is overplaying his injury and he's protecting himself, then they don't care. He's trying to move up to the NBA, not the transfer portal. GMs have seen him play. He's good. They won't care.

If you were a GM and passed on Brown because of your theory, you wouldn't last long as a GM.
