I remember watching Husker football since we were screwed over by the refs at Penn St in 1982. I have never seen an OL struggle more than they have this year. Terrible! I said last December that they needed to rededicate themselves to strength and conditioning in the off season. Well, I guess we've seen the results in that department. They look and perform more like a Division 3 unit than a power 5 group! Obviously this has a lot to do with the position coach as well. So it's year 3 under Cav and these guys continue to have technique issues? There has been such a trickle down effect from poor play up front.....leads to QB hurries & interceptions, puts our defense in bad situations, and totally limits run production. I know Cav is in over his head but why are these kids so poorly conditioned under the watchful eye of Boyd Epley???? I guess there is no motivation within the culture that is Mike Riley.
