You might be facetious with this, and I know I'm in the minority here, but I loved our denim jerseys from 96. That would be an awesome throwback look.

My grandmother bought me the denim converse shoes for my birthday in the spring of 1996. I got made fun of at school for them, but I wore them until they fell a part just the same.

I am. But I did like our denims, and I like Chucks. Might pick up a pair of these.

I can’t decide if I loved those uniforms or if I love what they represent. If a crappy team wore them I’d probably despise them. But as it stands it represents the best season of Kentucky basketball I’ve ever experienced, so I love them!

Side note : I owned a pair of the denim converse shoes.

It is DEFINITELY time to get rid of the checkerboards. But not for the friggin denim.

The checkerboards, denim and cat scratches are the three errors in UK's uniform history that never need be repeated. But there were some really good ones I would like to see come back.

Can anyone see Converse actually making a comeback? They did just drop some 'new Chucks'? And if Puma can make a mini comeback, and Kahwi signing with New Balance, and Converse ever come back?

Hideous. Momma's Family and Oprah will be popular again before those terribly uncomfortable looking shoes and "denim" will ever surmount.

Jerseys should be a treat for fans and players should control it. That be a golden standard in college basketball. Not sure why we dont tap all things that make us golden standard.

Nike owns converse. Literally, they took over converse.
I’m kinda surprised they haven’t bought puma...

Loved those team's. Never liked the Denim. Looked to much like cheats blue and I can not stand that color period.. No to bringing back that awful ugly color. Looked like unc-blue with puke marks.. They sucked then and they would now. I was embarrassed to see them play in those...
