Wvu fans would rather limp along and embrace mediocrity than to bring back RR. Stupid. Whiny. Parochial.

Why would you want a rapist of cheerleaders and pervert married to a mummy that told your former employer to F off?

No thanks.

RR recruited Pat White. RR developed the offensive scheme for Pat White to excel in. Minus the rebuild year, RR averaged 8+ wins per season. I would love to have an 8+ wins per season HC.

RR will forever be dirty. RR had Pat on the bench. He got a happy trigger finger and ran like a ***** destroying 2 more P5 teams in the process.

Rich Rod was pretty much set here and he chose to leave. It didnt work out for him. Right now, he's an OC for a small school team averaging 14 points per game. No thanks on that.

That small team smacked Neal Brown’s big team that he used to coach right in the mouth a week or so ago. Seems like Neal left the cupboard bare.

The way I look at it, if I were a fan, player, or coach of a team facing WVU, I would simply ask myself, who would I prefer to be coaching WVU? A team coached by Rich Rod, Dana, or Neal Brown? I think the answer is pretty simple.

Meanwhile in Huntington, how is your new coach working out?

You tell me. You're the Herd fan that attends games there. Surprised to see you post the pictures on Facebook though, since you seem to want to hide that fact here on the message board forums.
The last Marshall game I attended was 5 years ago at Pitt. We witnessed a near fight between a Pitt fan who was screaming at a Marshall fan about the plane crash.

The Rich Rod era was the best collection of talent and team play that WVU possibly ever had. And so what if RR is somewhat of a sleaze, if you guys were in New Years day bowls would you care? Which Miami Hurricanes teams do you remember the Randy Shannon Miami Hurricanes or Jimmy Johnson Miami Hurricanes ?

I’m sure the players of the Jimmy Johnson Hurricanes (due to the drugs, drinking and steroids) have no memory of their time at Miami.

But they got the hardware on those fingers to remind them. I hated Miami Growing up they were the total opposite of PSU but they won and in this game thats all that matters and if not see how many coaches have been fired due to not winning but doing everything else right

Good example. Covering up the deeds of Sandusky…… prime example of doing it right.
Say what you want about PSU what happened there was awful but I bet in the deep corners of any University there are skeletons so be careful there. Pointing fingers can be an embarrassment later on

I can guarantee that there hasn’t been a college football program that has covered up a coach raping kids in the state of West Virginia.

Sammyk is the new level of college football fan in today's America. They don't care about the crimes of a coach or team they just want to watch success on the field. It's like they live it themselves just by watching.

No I am a realist , all I read is how mediocre WVU is and this coach should go yadda yadda yadda. Either you are willing to do what the successful programs do or you are left to complain about it. Pick your poison. A "Possible" lower level bowl or a seat at the table with the big boys and you are such a cherry

People thinking Rod is a great coach but he only made success of a super talented player. Other than that Rod is a .500 coach like the rest of them. Realist are fake fans that never went to college or Liberals. Pick your poison.

Okay then. Let’s be just like the examples given by the resident college football expert.
1. Hire assistant coaches and let them rape kids trusted by parents to attend football camp at the school.
2. Cover for the coaches raping children.
3. Allow rich business owners to host parties for recruits and players.
4. Hire hookers for said parties.
5. Hire drug dealers to supply drugs for attendants of said parties.
6. Get car dealerships to supply new cars for players to drive around.

Sound good so far Mr. Football Expert?
