Means he may have picked up something on the radar but is not at liberty to say. Or that he has not heard anything and thinks it is useless to speculate. Either way, that's fine. I will not speculate--might say NO to a choice or two on the board, but will support whoever Hobbs selects and not second guess. Except if Calhoun or Skinner or another old guy is named.
