Congrats Braves fans! I was a big fan in 95 when I lived in Mississippi and still liked baseball. I did watch some of these games and really enjoyed Houston Cheeters getting their *** whipped!

I’m a lifelong Giants fan, and believe me when I say that I’m still bitter to this day about 1993.

That said, I’m happy for y’all, and how could you not at least be a temp Braves fan against LA and the cheaters. It’s amazing what the Braves did after losing Acuna for much of the year and then your top pitcher in Game 1. That was fun to watch

AA definitely pulled the right strings with the outfield. Especially the deadline deals for Soler, Rosario and Duvall. Joc did some ok things but I won’t be sad to see him go.

That being said he could have made it a little easier on himself by adding a decent starter or 2 over the last few years. Glad to have Morton, Fried and Anderson but the Smyly, Hamels, Tommy Milone busts didn’t help. The bullpen won this series no doubt about it. After a shaky start to the season from the entire pen and some Rolaids moments with Will Smith down the stretch, those guys nutted up and played their asses off the last 3-4 weeks.

Now, AA, let’s get Freddie locked up and add a reliable starter and defend this thing for the next few years.
